Had a brilliant stay on a bank holiday weekend, glad I've chosen it. The venue was in a central location near a nice pub a short, and many popular tourist areas, which can be reached quickly. Also, it was a 10-15 minute walk from Lower Gardens.

Appreciated it from the moment we entered, recommend this place. The breakfast had plenty of options and included coffee, tea, cereals, fresh fruit, and toast. The location was very central, magnificent in a quiet area. Moreover, Treffry Viaduct was nearby.

Breakfast was superb, PLEASANT views, perfect location short walk to the Kings Arms which was very tasty, Eden Project, and including Eden Project. I loved well-equipped room with a lovely bathroom. The staff was affable and pleasant, as well as host. Stayed for 5 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I would come here again.

Everything was fab, appreciated our very lovely stay. The staff were amiable all of the time. The breakfast we ordered was delicious and superb with a particularly delicious fruit salad, fresh berries and toast. The hotel had a central location close to many attractions.

The place was immaculately clean, I booked the double room with garden views, everything was fine. The hotel had a central setting down the hill. Further, it was not far from many surrounding areas of Tourist interest, including Eden Project, Bodmin Moor, the garden, Mevagissey. I didn't want to leave and would come here again:)))
